Whomever was working the front desk was not friendly. We had to say hello to her first and before we could even get complete sentences out she jumped to “didn’t you get the text?!” It was not a pleasant start at all. We had been out enjoying our day and hadn’t taken the time to check our SMS/email. She could’ve had way better customer service about it."
